Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation Buyer Cancellation - Buyers may cancel orders before shipment confirmation. - Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. - Seller Cancellation Sellers may cancel orders due to: - Out-of-stock products - Pricing errors - Delivery limitations - Unforeseen circumstances Affected buyers will be notified and refunded where applicable. Returns Policy Eligible Returns Returns may be accepted for: - Damaged products - Incorrect products - Defective or spoiled items Return Conditions - Products must be returned in original condition where applicable. - Evidence (photos/videos) may be required. Non-Returnable Items The following may not qualify for return: - Perishable goods after accepted delivery - Customized or specially processed orders - Products damaged by buyer mishandling - Exchange Policy Exchanges may be approved where: - Wrong items were delivered - Products are defective or damaged Exchange approval remains subject to seller review and product availability.
