How to Register as a Seller
It is advisable to use a tablet, computer, or switch your mobile phone browser to Desktop Mode before registering.
Step 1:
Click on “Get Started as a Farmer”
Step 2:
Fill in your personal and business information, upload a valid means of identification, then submit your registration.
✅ You will be automatically redirected to your dashboard to create your store.
Store Dashboard Guide
After logging in:
1. Products
Click on “Products” to add products to your store.
2. Coupons
Click on “Coupons” to create sales coupons.
3. Sales
Click on “Sales” to check orders and refunds.
4. Wallet
Click on “Wallet” to view transactions and withdraw funds.
5. Store Support
Click on “Store Support” to view:
– Support tickets
– Product questions
– Followers
– Customer reviews
6. Verification
To verify your store:
Click on “Compliance” → “Verification”
7. Settings
Click on “Settings” to customize your store Such as:
1. Appearance
Click on “Appearance” to upload:
– Profile image
– Store banner image
2. Live Chat
To connect WhatsApp Messenger:
Click on “Live Chat” and add your WhatsApp number.
3. Business Address
Click on “Business Address” to add or edit your address.
- A map is available for location selection.
4. Contact Information
Click on “Contact Information” to update your contact details.
5. Payout
Click on “Payout” to add your bank account details for payments.
6. Shipping
Click on “Shipping” to add or modify shipping methods.
7. Social Media
Click on “Social Media” to add your business social media handles.
8. Invoice
Click on “Invoice” to customize your store invoice.
9. My Account
Click on “My Account” anytime to login or manage your account.
��️ How to Register as a Buyer
Step 1:
Click on “Buy Farm Produce” to browse available products.
Step 2:
Select the products you want and add them to your cart.
Step 3:
Click on “Checkout” when done shopping.
– New customers will be required to create an account before checkout.
– Returning customers can simply login to continue.
Step 4:
To login anytime, click on “My Account”
